2022 Reunion Follow Up Finance Reconciliation

 

Count: We planned for 220 people each night. Not enough tables were initially set up for Saturday so it would seem the count was 250 or more. Chris Carney maintains a list of those who attended. Paula Waddell Parini and Buggs Taylor Sundberg maintained a list of those who paid but did not attend who need reimbursement.

Reconciliation of the finances. 

Total Cost: $22,770

Of this, Total Donated in cash or in kind: $10,500

Balance in Accounts: 8/4/22 $7268

Remaining expenses Event Insurance $300, Reimburse Irene $944, Refunds $500-700

Anticipated Balance in accounts after expenses paid: $5,324

Notes: Our projection for costs was nearly exact. Several committee members have decided that no funds will be donated to charity, but held for future events. Contact any of these individuals about future reunions: Buggs Taylor Sundberg, Paula Waddell Parini, Ross Richardson. While  no longer on this committee, Irene will maintain the email account, the Google contacts and keep the Deceased list up-to-date for the class.

Registration Update

228 Guests Registered as of July 10, another 20-30 might attend based on the Evite poll.

The last day for the room discount at Copper King was June 22. Please call 406-533-6960 if you need to cancel which must be 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. Keep your cancellation code.

Reunion Registration cost is $25 for Friday night cocktail party and $40 buffet dinner on Saturday. Both nights have a Cash Bar. No dress code.  

If you have not sent a check by now for the evening events at the Copper King, please call Chris Carney Hardesty (406-565-2436) and let her know to expect you. You can pay at the door.

Two trolleys will prioritize our class. We requested the handicap trolley for 12:30. The other trolley will arrive at the Copper King around 10 am.
